Given its similarities with MDMA it has been suggested that 2C-B could be used in a similar manner to resolve emotional conflict [36, 37]. 2C-B oral fluid concentrations increased quickly after 2C-B ingestion, reaching a peak (tmax) 1 h after self-administration (Figure 1B). Concentrations decreased rapidly from 2 to 6 h after ingestion and could be detected in oral fluid up to 24 h in half of the volunteers.

Mixing 2C-B with other drugs

Our results indicate that 2C-B has specific effects on emotional processing and mood states which permit its classification as an entactogenic substance with psychedelic and hallucinogenic characteristics.
